Return & Refund Policy

At Eiteehkr, your satisfaction is our priority. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

1. Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
• Customized Items: Returns are only accepted if there is a quality defect or incorrect customization made by us.

2. Return Shipping Costs

• Seller Covered: If the return is due to our error (e.g., product quality issues, damaged items, incorrect customization), we will bear the full return shipping cost.
• Buyer Covered: If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, ordered wrong size/color), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
